So we are moving into the world of wireless. Kind of suiting since we just finished a wonderful course in network security and have packets and routes hardwired in our brains. Our previous network experience mainly evolved around cabled connections, and how they work. Moving on into the world of wireless – well, its the same thing but with some added frames to our packets and a world of hurt when it comes to security breach.

Also like the networking courses, it is not easy to do pen-testing from your own home. You are limited by both hardware and software, and of course – some initial guidance on how stuff works. Also, working in a professional peer-environment increases your skill level dramatically. So this course will be exciting, I am sure.

We have a new lecturer also, which is very skilled in wireless technology – especially RFID security.
